Welcome to Dr Anil Balachandran – The Kingmaker Team. By Kingmaker Team we refer to the Kingmakers Club or the Kings Club or the Kingmaker Partners or the Future Owners or any new venture which shall be incorporated later ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing our website or classes or community or group or recordings or any related activities (“ services “), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join or use our Site or services.

We offer business coaching and training services. Our services include, but are not limited to, group coaching, workshops, online courses, and webinars.

You agree to use the “services” only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the “services”. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our “services”.

All content related to “our” “services”, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of “us” or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials of “our” “services” may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Payments for our services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

6. Social Media Community Group Etiquette

Participation in our WhatsApp group or Telegram Group or Facebook group or any similar community group is subject to the following rules:

The group must be used with proper manners.
No forwards, race, caste, or religious messages.
No unlawful activities are permitted.
Group morale must be maintained at all times.
Disrespectful activities are strictly prohibited.

Regular attendance of classes and sessions is required. Failure to attend classes regularly may result in the termination of “services”

Our coaching services are intended to provide guidance and support. We do not guarantee specific results, and any decisions you make based on our coaching are your own responsibility. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. This is a learning community and not intended to work as a business community.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, “we” shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of “our” “ services” . This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use or participation or presence in any of the social media communities or usage of the “services” after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new “Terms”

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala , India.
